- Insurance Event Report – This is designed to be carried out for the householder after an insurance event or can be carried out on behalf of your insurance company to establish claim issue. See attached sample copy.

- Flood Test– This is the most basic report but of the most important should you have a water leak from an unknown location. this report will be carried out to establish the location of your water ingress, then followed by a quote for repairs.

Roof bedding and pointing are important components of your roof’s structure, which require maintenance to keep your home in optimal condition and its water proof condition.
Roof bedding involves a cement mortar that secures your roof tiles in place. Roof pointing is a flexible material applied over the bedding, sealing the ridge cap to the tile and preventing water and other elements from entering your roof, ceiling, and home.
Over time, roof bedding and pointing naturally wear down. If they become worn out, your tiles may no longer be secure. Loose tiles can leave your roof vulnerable to the elements and expose the celling below.
Full Roof Restoration & Re-Spray
The full roof restoration takes 3 distinct steps.
First step is to carry out a full roof condition inspection, this allows us to identify areas of specific concern which need addressing. We will provide the customer with a full report and make sure any customer concerns are addressed.
Once we have identified the areas of concern we will work on the basic repairs or replacement of any broken or damaged tiles. We will then carry out any ridge capping works required and re point as needed.
One completion of the repairs we will we carry out a pressure wash of the entire roof, removing any dust, dirt, mould, moss etc preparing the area for the final paint stage of the refurb.
Once the roof has been prepared appropriately, the specified roof coatings will be applied for the desired finish this will also strengthen tiles and provide protection.

We have different roof reports dependent on your needs or circumstances that can be carried out on request for your domestic, commercial or industrial roof.
- Pre Purchase Roof Condition Report– This report is designed for new home buyers or sellers and will cover the basic condition of the roof, gutters, downpipes and penetrations, listing any possible future maintenance issues that may impact the roof for the potential buyer or seller. see attached sample copy.
- Insurance Event Report – This is designed to be carried out for the householder after an insurance event or can be carried out on behalf of your insurance company to establish claim issue. See attached sample copy.
- General Roof Inspection Report– A general overview for the householder on the condition of the roof structure, penetrations, gutters and downpipes. This can be carried out in conjunction with our gutter cleans or solar panel cleans for a small additional cost. See attached sample copy.

Roof bedding and pointing are important components of your roof’s structure, which require maintenance to keep your home in optimal condition and its water proof condition.
Roof bedding involves a cement mortar that secures your roof tiles in place. Roof pointing is a flexible material applied over the bedding, sealing the ridge cap to the tile and preventing water and other elements from entering your roof, ceiling, and home.
Over time, roof bedding and pointing naturally wear down. If they become worn out, your tiles may no longer be secure. Loose tiles can leave your roof vulnerable to the elements and expose the celling below.
Full Roof Restoration & Re-Spray
The full roof restoration takes 3 distinct steps.
First step is to carry out a full roof condition inspection, this allows us to identify areas of specific concern which need addressing. We will provide the customer with a full report and make sure any customer concerns are addressed.
Once we have identified the areas of concern we will work on the basic repairs or replacement of any broken or damaged tiles. We will then carry out any ridge capping works required and re point as needed.
One completion of the repairs we will we carry out a pressure wash of the entire roof, removing any dust, dirt, mould, moss etc preparing the area for the final paint stage of the refurb.
Once the roof has been prepared appropriately, the specified roof coatings will be applied for the desired finish this will also strengthen tiles and provide protection.

A- Yes we provide no obligation free quotes, generally within 5 working days of your inspection
Q- What happens once i accept the quote, and how long will it take to get my job done?
A- Upon quote acceptance, you will be required to provide a deposit for the job , with the remainder of the quote balance due on completion. The jobs are generally booked within 5-7 working days from deposit.
Q- Can I carry out the repairs myself?
A- Technically yes you can, however our tradesman are fully trained Roof Plumbers with years of experience and knowledge of their trade. Insurance may also become an issue, not to mention your safety on a roof.
Q- How often should I clean my gutters?
A- You should clean your gutters as a minimum annually, if your surrounded by large trees this could be biannually.
Q- How much does a gutter clean cost?
