Q- How long will it take to install my system if I proceed with the quote?
A- We will issue a deposit invoice to be paid and then order your system, as soon as it arrives in stock we will provide dates for the install, generally 7-14 days dependent on availability.
Q- Will you install my a/c system if I purchase one?
A- Yes that is fine with us provided it meets the current Australian standards with regards to Gases.
Q- If my system is not working shall I get it serviced?
A- No, generally if your system is not working, a standard maintenance service will not repairs this. The unit requires a inspection to diagnose and possibly quote to repair the issue.

Air Con FAQ’s
Q- How long will it take to arrange a quote for my air con?
A- Generally we aim for no longer than 5 working days for your quote.
Q- How long will it take to install my system if I proceed with the quote?
A- We will issue a deposit invoice to be paid and then order your system, as soon as it arrives in stock we will provide dates for the install, generally 7-14 days dependent on availability.
Q- Will you install my a/c system if I purchase one?
A- Yes that is fine with us provided it meets the current Australian standards with regards to Gases.
Q- If my system is not working shall I get it serviced?
A- No, generally if your system is not working, a standard maintenance service will not repairs this. The unit requires a inspection to diagnose and possibly quote to repair the issue.
Q- Why should I get my a/c system serviced if it is working?
A- Just like your car, all mechanical machines require a regular service to ensure they are working to optimum capability, this will reduce running costs and improve lifespan of your system.
Q- My wall split keeps cycling on and off , not getting to temp, what is happening?
A- This can be as simple as a blocked filter or low gas pressure.
Q- One of my rooms does not seem to be getting any air, what’s happening?
A- This could be a faulty damper motor, or a ceiling duct fail.
Q- Can I relocate my a/c system?
A- Yes, provided the system is still running the current gas required by law in South Australia.
