Deadshort Services Membership Program Terms and Conditions
Membership Program Terms and Conditions:
1 -Eligibility
- Membership is available exclusively to domestic clients following the successful completion of a first trade service job with Deadshort Services.
- Membership is not available to commercial or business clients.
2 -Member Benefits
- Members receive a 10% discount on all eligible trade services, capped at $4,000 per invoice (including GST).
- The discount applies only to labour and materials directly associated with the trade work and does not include third-party costs, council fees, or special-order materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3 -Transfer & Portability
- Membership is non-transferable between individuals or parties.
- Membership benefits may be used across different residential properties owned or occupied by the member, provided the member is the client of record.
4 Exclusions
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, package pricing, or special deal unless explicitly stated in writing by Deadshort Services.
- Membership benefits do not apply to previously completed jobs, subcontracted services, or third-party vendor works.
- The “Home Condition Report” is to be carried out in one visit, full house access will be required on booking this service.
5 -Communications & Offers
- Members may receive exclusive individual offers from time to time, which may have separate terms and conditions.
- By joining, members agree to receive communication about offers, updates, and promotions unless they opt out.
6 -Modification or Termination
- Deadshort Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits or the entire membership program at any time, at its sole discretion.
- Abuse of the membership benefits (including repeated cancellation of jobs after quoting) may result in revocation of membership privileges.
7 -Relationship to Master Terms & Conditions
- These Membership Terms & Conditions are supplementary to the Deadshort Services Master Terms & Conditions of Trade, which continue to govern all works performed.
- In the event of a conflict, the Master Terms & Conditions take precedence unless expressly varied in writing for a specific membership promotion.
