The Deadshort Services Membership Program is designed to ensure your property’s maintenance needs are continuously met, protecting your investment and ensuring the safety of your household.
With an annual membership fee of $125 or a one time lifetime membership of $250, you unlock an array of exclusive benefits and preferential services along with the peace of mind that all your trade needs are 1 phone call away.
As a valued member you will provided with your own membership card and number to use, you’ll be entitled to:
- A complimentary home inspection condition report valued at $280 upon joining covering the points listed below, giving you peace of mind.
Roof and gutter condition report. The condition report will assess the overall state of your tile or metal roof, highlighting any immediate issues or items that may require attention in the near future. This report is valuable, as some insurance companies may reject a water ingress damage claim if it’s due to an unmaintained roof or gutter system.
Air conditioning condition report. We will provide an overall system report, type installed, age, refrigerant type along with general condition report.
Electrical switchboard condition report. The switchboard report will give you information on the type of incoming electrical service, type of wiring system and cabling, condition of the switchboard and type of circuit protection with any recommendations.
Hot water condition report. As with the air conditioning report, we will provide an overall system report, type installed, approx age and general condition report.

Membership Program Terms and Conditions:
- Deadshort Services membership is available after the completion of your first trade service job.
- The 10% trade discount applies to all trades works up to but not greater than $5,000 per invoice (incl. GST).
- Membership is available exclusively to domestic clients and is not available for commercial customers.
- Memberships discounts are non-transferable between individuals but can be used from house to house and travel with the member.
- Discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, members will receive special individual membership offers.
- Deadshort Services management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate client membership privileges.
