Deadshort Electrical was contracted by Coombs Barei Construction to deliver the brand new Martindale Aged Care Facility which consists of 126 bedrooms each with its own en-suite, living areas, cafe restaurant, health facilities, and hairdresser plus all office and care facilities.
The electrical installation included installation of a new transformer, consumers mains and submains cabling, cable tray support systems, switchboards, general and feature lighting, lighting control, power, communications, access control, CCTV, MATV, intercom, UPS’s and a standby generator.
Deadshort Electrical was able to deliver this 12 month project on budget and on time, a showcase of quality and workmanship.
